Service · Server & Cloud Management
We already run nearly 50 production servers. Yours can be one of them.
Most cloud consultancies sell you a certificate. We run business systems for a living — the servers behind SynTrack ERP for distributors, wholesalers and pharmacy groups across the GCC, where a failed restore means a warehouse cannot ship. Cloud, deployments, monitoring, backups and security, as a managed service with commitments in writing.
Where your systems live
We manage the platform you are on.
Nearly 50 servers sit under our management today — client production environments and our own. Most of them run business systems that cannot be down during a working day, which is a different discipline from spinning up infrastructure and handing over the keys.
Cloud VPS & dedicated
Linode/Akamai and comparable providers — the platform SynTrack itself runs on for our ERP clients. Provisioning, hardening, monitoring and capacity planning.
cPanel & regional hosting
Shared and reseller hosting where most GCC SMEs actually sit. We keep it patched and backed up, and tell you honestly when a workload has outgrown it.
Whatever you run today
We do not require a migration to take you on. The engagement starts with an assessment of the environment you already have — architecture, risks, backups, cost — and we stabilise it before we change it.
We are not reselling a cloud vendor's badge. What we bring is an estate of production business systems we keep running every working day — and a written record of how each one is backed up, patched and recovered.
What's included
Everything a production system needs to stay boring.
Infrastructure management
Cloud servers, networks and environments — provisioned, documented, owned.
Monitoring & alerting
Uptime, performance and errors watched around the clock — issues found before users call.
Backups that restore
Scheduled backups with retention — and restore tests, because untested backups are hopes.
Patching & security
OS and application patches on a cycle, access reviews, encrypted data.
Managed deployments
Releases planned, tested and rolled out with a rollback path — not Friday-evening surprises.
Automation & CI/CD
Repeatable pipelines replace manual steps — fewer human errors, faster releases.
Performance tuning
Databases and applications kept fast as data grows — before slowness becomes normal.
Disaster recovery
A documented, rehearsed plan with recovery targets agreed in writing.
Cloud cost control
Right-sizing and cleanup — most environments we take over are paying for waste.
Migrations
Server-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud moves executed with minimal downtime windows.
Clear commitments
Response times, maintenance windows and escalation paths agreed in your SLA.
Monthly ops report
Uptime, incidents, changes, risks and costs — your systems, honestly reported.

Questions
DevOps management — FAQs.
What are DevOps management services?
DevOps management means we run the technical operations behind your business systems: cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, backups, security patching and performance — as a managed service with clear response commitments. Your team uses the systems; ours keeps them fast, safe and up.
Which cloud platforms do you manage?
We run production workloads on Linode/Akamai, and cPanel and regional shared hosting — including the environments SynTrack itself runs on for our ERP clients. If your systems sit somewhere else, we start with an environment assessment and take them over from there; we manage the platform you are on rather than pushing a migration you did not ask for.
How many servers do you manage?
Close to 50 across client and internal environments — the same estate that keeps SynTrack running for distributors, wholesalers and pharmacy groups across the GCC. That is day-to-day operational practice, not a one-off project.
Do you manage systems you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with an assessment of the current environment — architecture, risks, costs — then stabilise it (monitoring, backups, patching) before improving it. You don’t need to be a SynTrack customer.
How are backups and recovery handled?
Scheduled backups with retention policies, restore tests on a calendar — because an untested backup is a hope, not a plan — and a documented recovery procedure with target times agreed with you.
What about security?
Patching cycles, access control reviews, encrypted backups, and monitoring for unusual activity. Security posture is reported monthly, not assumed silently.
